Please read these terms carefully before using the 999de platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.
Important: By using the 999de website and services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1 Definitions and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the mutual agreement between the 999de platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player", "member"). 999de is an online gaming platform for Bangladeshi players, offering slot games, cricket betting, roulette, and live casino services.
Key Definitions
- "Platform" — The 999de website and all services included within it.
- "Account" — A registered personal profile of a user on 999de.
- "Real Money" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) that can be deposited and withdrawn on the platform.
- "Bonus" — Additional gaming credits or benefits provided by 999de.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
These Terms apply to all products and services of 999de. The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are considered an integral part of these Terms.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following conditions must be met to participate on the 999de platform:
- You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
- You must agree to these Terms voluntarily and knowingly.
- You must create an account using accurate and truthful information.
- No person may use 999de from a country where online gaming is legally prohibited.
- Each person may only create one account.

3 Account Registration
To create an account on 999de, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The following details may be required during the registration process:

- Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
Accuracy of Information
Creating an account with false or incomplete information is a direct violation of these Terms. 999de may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. 999de reserves the right to suspend deposits or withdrawals until the information has been verified.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited
The same person may never operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.
4 Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your own account. Keep your login credentials private and do not share them with anyone. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
999de will never ask for your password or banking details via email or chat. If you receive any such message, treat it as fraudulent.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 999de platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposited amounts may take some processing time to be reflected in your account.
- Depositing from another person's payment account is strictly prohibited — only use a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
- If you experience any issues with a transaction, contact the support team immediately.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
999de reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests if fraud prevention or identity verification is required.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
999de offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which apply alongside these general Terms.
Welcome Bonus
- 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳3,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total of ৳31,000.
Wagering Requirement
- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
- Bonuses are non-transferable to another person.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 999de reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
- Bonus offers will be cancelled automatically once they expire.
7 Gaming Rules
All games available on 999de (slots, cricket betting, roulette, live casino) are governed by their own rules. The following general rules apply to all games:
- The outcome of each game is determined fairly through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a network outage, 999de will determine the result based on server logs.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server record will be considered final.
- A bet may be voided if a betting market contains misleading or incorrect information.
- If an event is cancelled in cricket or any other sports betting, the bet will be refunded.
Sports Betting Special Terms
Before placing a bet in the sports betting section, read the specific rules for each market. When betting on BPL, T20, IPL, or international matches, make sure you understand the terms of the relevant market.
8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999de platform. Such violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Illegal use of bonuses (e.g., coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse).
- Using software bots or automated tools to play games.
- Coordinated betting or collusion with other members.
- Intentionally exploiting any platform error or bug for personal gain.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal sources onto the platform (money laundering).
- Registering using another person's identity.
- Harassing or abusing platform staff.
9 Account Closure and Termination
999de reserves the right to close or suspend an account for any reason and at any time. An account may be closed immediately in the following cases:
- Any violation of the Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
Voluntary Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted within the legal framework and applicable law, 999de is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from use of the platform.
- Losses caused by network outages or third-party service failures.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account (where caused by your own negligence).
- Service disruptions during technical errors or maintenance.

Force Majeure
999de will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or any other uncontrollable events.
